Purpose/Object - Our company collects, stores, and processes personal data in order to establish and fullfill contractual business relationships. All data-categories required to fullfill pre-contractual and contractual obligations are concerned.

Only personal data directly required to attain the purpose thereof are collected. The special requirements for the collection, storage, processing, and use of sensible personal data according to article 9 DSGVO and §§ 22 and 48 BDSG are respected. The processing and use of sensible data is, in accordance with DSGVO, restricted to the principle of reservation of authorization, or submission of legal grounds, permissible.
Usage data - Every access to these web-pages generates data which are being protocolled by our web-hoster. Only we may access these protocols. The collected data are not of personal nature and do not allow identification of users nor monitor their access to content. Usage data are not shared with third parties.
Cookies and Tracker - We neither use cookies nor trackers or other analysis methodology to monitor usage of this website.

The concerned has the right, according to article 77 of DSGVO, to appeal to the supervisory authority. Deletion of personal data - Personal data will be deleted once the purpose of their storage voids and no legal norm obliges continued storage or processing. The requirements of article 17 DSGVO in conjunction with § 35 BDSG apply. If the deletion of personal data is not possible due to law, contract, trade, or tax agreements, limitations of processing can be requested by the concerned. To exercise this right you need to contact us in writing.
Data Transfer - We assure data transfer according to article 20 DSGVO. The concerned has the right to request a copy of his personal data in a standard machine-readable format.
